ALL APPLICATION FORMS AND PROGRESS REPORTS CAN BE DOWNLOADED FROM OUR WEBSITE OR APPLICATION PACKETS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE SCHOOL OFFICE. WHEN THE APPLICATION AND FEE IS RECEIVED IN THE SCHOOL OFFICE, A PACKET OF INFORMATION WILL BE GIVEN TO THE PARENT.

COMPLETED APPLICATION CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING:
Openings available for all grades.

Kindergarten:

1. Application fee - $50.00 check (non-refundable)

2. Completed Application form (either downloaded from website or pick-up in school office)

3. Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if baptized Catholic)

4. Report of Preschool Progress (form)

Grades 1-8:

1. Application fee - $50.00 check (non-refundable)

2. Completed Application form (either downloaded from website or pick-up in school office)

3. Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if baptized Catholic)

4. Completion of our Progress Report from the current teacher (a separate form for each grade)

5. Copies of report cards from previous twenty-four months

6. Copies of Standardized Test Scores from previous two years

Upon completion of the application process, a testing date will be scheduled.

ADMISSION POLICY

All Kindergarten and First Grade students interested in applying to St. Victor School must meet the following age criteria:

Kindergarten - five years old by December 1, 2008

First Grade - six years old by December 1, 2008

• The student's educational and social readiness must be demonstrated through:

• an entrance test – given to all applying students
• completion of our Progress Report from current teacher
• testing scores
• previous academic records/report cards
• interview if needed

• The parents' desire for a Catholic, Christian education for their child and the intent of the parents to assist the school and parish through the Parent Participation Program as well as through financial support.
• Parent attendance at Information Night, Monday, February 4, 2008.
• Because St. Victor School is a parish school, children of parish families, who are ready for the academic program at the school, will be given first consideration.
